深汕特别合作区沿海地区将成为“中国的蓝色之都”。
深汕特别合作区沿海地区将拥有与自然共存的安全环境;通过吸收，利用生态原则并与公共功能相结合。
我们对深汕特别合作区沿海地区总体规划的策略始于50公里海岸线的景观设计。这种“景观第一，城市化第二”的方法使我们能够在深汕特别合作区沿岸打造六个独具特色的片区。
独特的城市结构适合每个区域的现有特性。“自然与城市共生”是深汕沿海地区未来发展的主题。我们的设计理念是“基于自然的规划” 充分利用当地自然特征及其多样性。
“基于自然的规划” 受到大自然的启发，并与自然相辅相成。该理念具有成本效益，能够同时为环境，社会和经济提供利益，且有助于建立弹性城市以抵御自然灾害和气候变化。
我们将以美丽的风景线作为深汕滨海城市圈发展的重要组成部分。 整体规划中的景观基础是根据以下思想：利用当今的多种环境挑战来恢复生态沿海梯度。
从山地森林到沙丘森林和海滩，再到沿海红树林，海草床和海湾的珊瑚礁，再到更深的海洋，形成一个景观阶梯。所有这些元素对于人类和自然动植物都具有健康的巨大潜在影响力力。
最重要的是，我们尊重和加强将人与自然关系，以此为根基联系起地方的经济发展，并将其视为深汕滨海城市的新标识。
深汕特别合作区（SSCZ）沿海地区将被发展为快速响应，适应性强和可再生的沿海城市。
根据“基于自然的规划”方法的原理，我们建议将开发内容划分为现有的蓝色（海洋）和绿色（森林）资源。
景观，公共空间和服务设施将把城市渗透到周围的自然环境中，而不是打断自然环境。山脉，绿地，水，文化，工业，居民和游客都被深汕的六个滨海片区联系起来。
我们认为，在不久的将来，深汕沿海地区将真正成为“中国的蓝色之都”。

Our approach to the master plan of Shenshan Coastal Area starts from the landscape design of 50km coast lines.
This landscape first, urbanisation second’ approach allows us to design six precincts along Shenshan coast to own its distinctive character without forcing them.
The unique urban structure is adapted to the existing nature of each precinct. The inbetween space between the sea level and the flood level creates the interesting landscape and urban structure generating more retail spaces under ground that are environmentally fiendly in the normal days and resilient in the event of natural disasters such as floods.
“Symbiotic blue coastal living” is the key to the future of Shenshan Coastal area. Our planning method “naturebased planning” will utilize local natural diversity as a means of urban planning.
We will create a beautiful landscape as essential part of the urban development on the Shenshan Coast. The landscape base under the Integral Masterplan is the following idea: Use todays multiple environmental challenges for restoring the ecological coastal gradient.
A gradient leading from the mountain forests to the dune forests and beaches, through coastal mangrove forests, seagrass beds and coral reefs of the bay, to the deeper sea. All these elements have great potentials for both healthy human living as they have for natural flora and fauna.
On top of it we respect and strengthen the local economies that make a connection between human and nature, and embrace it as the new identity of the Shenshan Coastal city.
