“更高效，更友好的田园共享体系”是设计对科技+自然的诠释。
南汇新城是一座重视人群，环境、社区，生态、健康，共享，将智慧城市理念与自然生态高效融合，相互作用的地方。
我们相信，新社区不是在以商业价值为驱动力，而是将高效完善的配套设施共享作为强大的吸引力，朝着探索以服务人的价值为
先的可持续循环体系前进。荷翠社区在滴水湖核心片区的枢纽位置，学校和社区中心，服务着周边不同年龄的人才家庭。维持着对环境复杂与流动的空间张
力，摈弃了将慢公园和快城市对立、将开发同自然对立的视角，创造出一系列花园、廊和架构，最终个人与集体实现空间共享。
荷院小学北坡和西坡两个大草坪之下有二个大空间（一间体操馆和一间300个座位的多功能馆）均可从地面和地下双大堂直
接进入。除了用于教学，兼作社区活动。可持续性是学校维护和运行的首要因素。自然采光策略，走廊的终点将有阅读区，一体式座位进一步拓展学习环境。

学生们的健康环境和小组学习的空间，提供非正式的空间。鼓励实际动手、合作和反思。分组讨论空间、准备室、教室和教师办公室。强调学生活动专用空间、非正式休息区、用于讨论合作以及供独立或小组学习之用的安静房间。教育改革关注孩子形成完善的知识体验。学校和社区作为一个整体，从学生找知识，变为知识找学生，是适合孩子交往探索的新校园。

“More efficient and friendly rural sharing system” is the interpretation oftechnology + nature in design.
Nanhui new town is a place that attaches importance to people,environment,community, ecology, health and sharing, and integrates
and interacts with theconcept of smart city and natural ecology.
We believe that the new community is not driven by commercial value,but takes the sharing of efficient and complete supporting facilities as a
strong attraction, and is moving towards the exploration of a sustainablecircular system that takesthe value of serving people as the first.
Hecui community is a hub in the core area of Dishui Lake. Theschool and community center serve the surrounding talent families ofdifferent ages.
It maintains the spatial tension of complex and flowing environment, abandons the perspective of antagonizing slow parks
and fast cities, and the perspective of antagonizing development with nature, and creates a series of gardens, corridors and structures,so that individuals and groups can finally realize space sharing.
